Games that should definitely be bought:

Daytona USA - Classic arcade racing game. This is somewhat expanded from the arcade version as it includes some new modes. Challenge, time trial and everyone's favourite... Karaoke.

Left 4 Dead 1 & 2 – a super fun cooperative zombie killing game from Valve. Back 4 Blood was inspired by those games... and those games are so much better.

Jet Set Radio - incredibly fun game. Hi-Fi Rush and Sunset Overdrive are currently comparable. If you like campy stories, skateboarding/rollerblading, and good music, you'll love this.

Lost Odyssey - Final Fantasy very fun as JRPG. Don't worry if you don't like JRPGs. If so, definitely buy it.

The Orange Box - Fantastic collection of Valve games, including Everyone Should Own This.

I'm sure people will have different opinions, but this is a good start.

(I would have included Castle Crashers because it's a great beat-em-up, but you can get the remaster on current-gen.)

Problem claiming Aegis Wing - keeps throwing an error. I went to Jet Set Radio and they said it's not sold separately. Too bad they're removing Lost Odyssey - one of my all-time favorite JRPGs. I still own the physical 4-disc version, but it's one of those games that will really resonate with some gamers, and it's a shame they can't get it digitally. Thanks for the tip, OP.

Exactly, but also note that some of these games (like Daytona USA) are ONLY available on 360 Marketplace. Then, once it's taken off the list, it's gone.

This is the case with Jet Set Radio in my opinion. For those who are having trouble claiming the Aegis Wing, you need to head over to 360 Marketplace –

I had to add a payment method to claim it for free even though I saved a payment method to my regular Microsoft account. Also, this doesn't show up in my game list even though I have it installed on my Xbox series.

This is Marketplace 360. You may need to add a payment method even if it's free. And even though I installed it on my Xbox series, it doesn't show up in my custom title list.
